General Consultation

In one hour, we’ll cover matters most top of mind for you, including but not limited to trademarks, branding, Intellectual Property strategy, business formation, business operations, project management, revenue generation, legal risk, mindset blocks and more. Please note that topics such as litigation, taxes and contracts are beyond the scope of what a general consultation covers. In some cases, a referral can be provided to help with issues such as these.

Federal Trademark Application Filing

After a one hour general consultation, if you’d like to take the next steps in owning your brand, we can file a federal trademark application with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). You will be sent a Questionnaire, Engagement Letter and Invoice. Once these items are received, the trademark prosecution (filing) process will be initiated, and I will manage your case for an entire year. A Federal Clearance Search will be conducted to ensure you have a strong, legally protectable trademark, and a report sent to you. Finally, your application will be filed and upon approval by the USPTO, a Certificate of Registration will be provided to you as proof of your new federal protection.
